Will I be able to have silver hair right away?

My old hair dye is already growing out; what do you recommend?
Depending on how dark your grown-out dye is and if you want to take it lighter, we have a couple of things you can try. Our Revitalizing Treatment will have the quickest result in helping to lighten the shade of your dye and help blend it with your gray. If you are patient and have no rush, try our Clarifying Duo, which has a Clarifying Charcoal Shampoo to fade out color, paired with a Charcoal Conditioner with Pro-Vitamin B5, hair-beautifying Oat Brand and Orange Peel Extract to infuse and replenish locks with moisture.
My hair is already Gray, what do you recommend?
The Purple Toning Duo and the Purple Toning Masque, the duo, and the masque have purple and violet pigments that help reduce yellowing allow you to keep your gray and silver bright and hydrated. Gray and silver hair is more porous and is void of melanin, making it prone to take on color easily. Its exposure to heat can also shift it to yellow, which is why we developed the Go Gray Maintenance Duo with the Purple Toning Shampoo and Conditioner along with the Purple Toning Masque to help keep hair vibrant, bright, and hydrated.
How exactly does the Revitalizing Treatment work?
It helps by cutting down on the color molecules present on your “natural” hair color through the use of semi-permanent and permanent hair color. It will not take you back to your natural color, but it will significantly reduce the harsh contrast between your glowing gray and previously colored strands.
Will the Revitalizing Treatment Kit work on any hair color or bleach?
The Revitalizing Treatment Kit is formulated for traditional, oxidative hair color (hair color mixed with peroxide, oxide, or developer). It will not perform on direct color dyes, such as pinks, blues, greens, purples, metallic dyes, or henna. The Revitalizing Treatment Kit will not show results on bleached hair, as bleaching strips hair of color. If hair is pre-lightened, it is unable to remove color.
Why is the Charcoal Shampoo and Charcoal Conditioner recommended after the revitalizing treatment?
Paraben-Free Clarifying Shampoo and Conditioner formulated to follow the Revitalizing Treatment to help further eliminate color molecules in the hair without irritating or removing essential moisture from the scalp. This formula is recommended for use 1-3 times per week to help further reduce the presence of color molecules in the hair.
What does the Clarifying Charcoal Conditioner do? Can’t I just use my regular conditioner?
The Activated Charcoal formula with Avocado and Lavender Oil to help calm, strengthen, and moisturize hair after the use of the Clarifying Charcoal Shampoo. Its antioxidant formula provides anti-aging benefits that protect hair from daily hair routines and environmental elements and hydrate hair after the Charcoal Shampoo.
Will the Charcoal Shampoo and Conditioner darken my hair?
No, the color you see comes from the Activated Charcoal, a key ingredient in its detoxifying properties that help absorb dirt, oil, and impurities. The bonus of the Charcoal Shampoo is that it helps fade out Semi-Permanent and Permanent hair color to lighten further and fade out Semi-Permanent and Permanent Hair Color.
How often should I use the Clarifying Duo (Charcoal Shampoo and Conditioner)?
This is a clarifying formula, so we recommend 1-3 times per week. They are Paraben-free and formulated as a duo. The conditioner has Oat Bran Extract, Orange Peel Extract, and Pro-Vitamin B5 for added hydration.
Do I have to use the Clarifying Duo with the Revitalizing Treatment Kit?
We highly recommend it. The two work together to further reveal gray/silver hair. The Go Gray system helps you transform your hair color to reduce and remove your semi-permanent and permanent color for a soft transition.
Will the Purple Toning Shampoo turn my hair purple?
Apply to wet hair, wash, and rinse like a traditional shampoo. The purple tones will help decrease yellow and warm tones without depositing purple onto the hair. you want to continue to use the purple shampoo daily, we recommend you pour a little bit of your traditional shampoo along with the Go Gray Purple Toning Shampoo. Just remember, the longer you leave it on, and the more often you use it, the more intense the toning will be.
How does the Purple Toning Conditioner work?
This is a low pigment purple conditioner, helping to reduce warm tones that decrease the brightness and tone of silver hair. It will help to further tone down any warmth and a last step in ensuring you have bright gray and silver hair.
I want to keep my gray and silver hair nice and bright, but my ends are dry; what should I use?
Reach for the Purple Toning Masque! The masque will help reduce any yellowing brought on by heat or sun exposure. This hydrating masque will give your hair a boost of nutrition to help with dry and damaged ends.
How often should I use the Purple Masque?
The Purple Toning Masque is recommended for use once a week or more as needed. It can be used in place of the Purple Toning Conditioner, and just be mindful of the high pigment.
I accidentally left the Purple Toning Masque on longer than recommended?
That’s okay; that means any existing undertones dulling your gray or silver hair will reduced and hair extra hydrated. If you leave it on overnight and see any cast of purple, which is rare but can happen, simply wash your hair with a clarifying shampoo.
